Chilled Fruit Soup(Good For Brunch Or Dessert; Easy And Indestructible) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. mixed dried fruit
1 stick cinnamon
5 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
whipped cream
Preparation

Bring fruit, cinnamon and water to boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes.
Remove fruit and puree.
Add sugar to water.
Boil and dissolve.
Add lemon juice. Remove from heat. Stir in pureed fruit and chill (either in one bowl or individual servings). Serve with whipped cream and/or nuts (optional).
