Raspberry Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. flour
3/4 c. shortening
1/3 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1 qt. raspberries
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Mix flour, shortening, water and salt for crust.
Roll out half of it for bottom crust and place in pizza pan.
Mix berries, sugar and cornstarch.
Place in pan on bottom crust.
Roll out remainder of crust and place on top.
Seal crust by pressing a fork all around the edge.
Baste top crust with a little milk. Bake in 425\u00b0 oven for approximately 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Cut into squares when cool.
