Shrimp In Beer - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. shrimp
1 clove garlic, minced
1 onion, sliced thin
2 whole cloves
1 tsp. whole black pepper
1 Tbsp. salt
2 bay leaves
sprig of parsley
pinch of thyme
1 bottle beer
Preparation
-
Wash fresh shrimp.
Put all ingredients in pot.
Bring to boil.
Add shrimp.
Cook until shrimp turns pink.
Do not overcook.
Drain. Peel and eat.
