Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites
3 egg yolks
1 c. Mazola oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. grated zucchini
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour or 1/2 whole wheat
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff and set aside.
Mix egg yolks, Mazola oil, sugar, grated zucchini and vanilla.
Then add flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
Add chopped nuts, then fold in beaten egg whites.
Bake in two regular loaf pans, greased and floured, 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
Cool on rack.
