Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped medium fine
    1/2 stick butter
    2 cans beef broth
    1 c. white rice
    1 large can mushrooms
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter until golden brown.
    Add rice.
    Stir until golden brown.
    Add mushrooms and broth.
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 until broth has evaporated, about 30 minutes.
