Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slightly beaten eggs
    8 slices of bread, cubed
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1 lb coked bacon or ham, broken/chopped
    2 cups milk
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp dry mustard
    1 cup mushrooms, drained (optional)
Preparation
    Beat eggs; mix all ingredients together. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
