White Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water (warm)
    3 Tbsp. yeast
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 c. warm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 c. oil
    9 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix 1 cup warm water, yeast and 1/4 cup sugar.
    Let stand for 10 minutes.
    Add the remaining ingredients and enough flour to make dough easy to handle.
    Knead 10 minutes, let rise 1/2 hour.
    Punch down, raise another 1/2 hour.
    Punch down and put in 3 loaf pans. Raise again.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
