Taco Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 can refried beans
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    1 envelope taco seasoning
    1 small onion
    1/2 green pepper
Preparation
    Boil ingredients and put in dish and cool completely.
    Top with
    8 ounces sour cream, shredded lettuce and shredded cheese. Bake until heated.
