Easy Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 to 3 cans kidney beans, drained
    1 (32 oz.) can tomato juice
    1 pack dry onion soup mix
    3 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook beef until lightly browned; drain.
    Combine all ingredients in electric slow cooker.
    Cover and cook on low setting 10 to 12 hours or on high setting 5 to 6 hours.
    Yield: 10 servings.
