Cranberry Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fresh cranberries
3 c. miniature marshmallows
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. diced cooking apples, unpared and cored
3/4 c. golden walnuts
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. seedless white grapes, halved
1 c. whipping cream, whipped, or Cool Whip
Preparation

Grind cranberries in food processor or grinder.
Mix with marshmallows and sugar.
Cover and chill overnight.
The next day, add apples, walnuts, salt and grapes.
Fold in whipped cream. Cover and let chill several hours.
To serve, place a mound of salad on a leaf of lettuce; garnish with a cluster of grapes.
