Shipwreck Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes
    onions
    1/4 c. rice
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can kidney beans
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can water
    green beans (optional)
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes.
    Layer in casserole until half full. Add a layer of sliced onions.
    Add rice.
    Add layer of browned, seasoned ground beef.
    Add 1 can kidney beans.
    Mix 1 can tomato soup with 1 can of water and pour over top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Add beans later in the cooking process.
    Easy family favorite.
