Dump Cake - cooking recipe

1(21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
1(20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 pkg. yellow or white cake mix
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Pour cherry pie filling in 9 x 13 inch pan. Add can of crushed pineapple, with juice and mix together in pan so it is evenly distributed. Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over fruit. Sprinkle with chunks of butter. Top with nuts. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour or until top is lightly browned. Serve hot or at room temperature with ice cream or whipped cream. When this is baking, your kitchen will smell wonderful!
