Chicken Dressing Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 or 3 lb.) chicken, stewed and boned
    1 stick margarine
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    1 c. sour cream (8 oz.)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. chicken stock
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Add stuffing mix and mix well.
    Spread 3/4 stuffing mixture in bottom of casserole.
    Lay pieces of chicken on top of stuffing.
    Lay pieces of mushrooms (drained) on next.
