Creole Flounder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. flounder or pollock fillets
    1 1/2 c. chopped tomatoes
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. instant minced onions
    2 tsp. basil leaves
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    4 drops red pepper sauce
Preparation
    Heat oven to 500\u00b0.
    Place fish in greased baking dish. Combine other ingredients and spoon over fish.
    Bake 5 to 10 minutes or until flaky.
    Garnish with tomato wedges and green pepper rings.
