Grandmother Larson'S Tomato Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can sweet and sour sauce
    1 1/2 lb. round steak (can be tenderized)
    1 green pepper, cut in strips
    1 large onion, diced in large pieces
    1 large tomato, cut in 6ths
    rice
Preparation
    Cut round steak into very thin strips, 2 inches long.
    Cook meat in large skillet on medium.
    When meat is partially browned, add strips of green pepper, slices of onion.
    Cook on medium high until vegetables are just starting to be limp.
    Add sweet and sour; heat.
    Turn off heat; add tomatoes and mix.
    Serve with rice on the side.
