Quick Lunch Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boiled eggs
    1 head lettuce
    2 tomatoes
    2 cans mixed vegetables
    2 c. Frito corn chips
    1 to 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Chop lettuce and tomato.
    Add drained, mixed vegetables (do not cook).
    Add Frito corn chips, mayonnaise, pepper and salt to taste.
    Add chopped eggs last.
    Toss and eat.
    Makes a large bowl full.
