Bishop'S Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2/3 c. chocolate chips
2 c. walnuts, chopped
1 c. dates, finely chopped
1 c. candied cherries, chopped
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Line bottom of loaf pan with waxed paper. Grease paper and sides of pan. Sift flour, baking powder and salt together. Stir in chocolate chips, walnuts, dates and cherries until well coated with flour. In large bowl, beat eggs well; gradually beat in all sugar. Fold in flour mixture and pour into loaf pan. Bake 1 1/2 hours or until well done at 325\u00b0.
Cool in pan. Remove when cool and wrap in foil to store.
