Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs
    3 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. each: cloves, pumpkin spice, nutmeg and ginger
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    3 c. fresh cooked pumpkin or 1 large can pumpkin
Preparation
    Combine sugar and oil; mix.
    Add eggs and pumpkin; beat on high to break up pumpkin.
    Add dry ingredients that have been sifted 2 times all at once, then add nuts.
    Pour into well-greased and floured Bundt pan (pan will be almost full; make cupcakes with leftovers).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    Cake will be moist but not sticky on inserted stick.
