Angel Apricot Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 large box apricot Jell-O
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
2 c. buttermilk
pinch of salt
Preparation

Boil pineapple with juice. Add Jell-O. Stir until Jell-O is dissolved. Cool down. Add Cool Whip, buttermilk and salt. Pour into bowl and refrigerate.
