Fondant(French Candy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. white corn syrup
Preparation
    Cook until forms a soft ball in cold water.
    Pour out into 2 buttered plates.
    Let cool.
    Beat until it turns white, then work by hand.
    Add nuts and more nuts until it will hold no more.
    Make into rolls and slice.
    Work up one plate at a time as it sets quickly.
