Inside-Out Ravioli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 onion
    1 jar Ragu
    1 small can tomato paste
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1 pkg. spiral pasta
    2 small boxes frozen spinach
    2 eggs
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Brown ground beef with onion; drain. Add Ragu, tomato paste and spices.
    Cook spinach as directed. Drain liquid off of spinach and add to mixture.
    Cover and simmer meat mixture for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Cook spiral pasta almost done; drain and place in large baking dish (sprayed with Pam).
    Mix slightly beaten eggs, cooked spinach and
    1 cup of cheese with pasta.
    Pour meat mixture over top and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is melted.
    Makes 10 to 12 servings.
