Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. fat or margarine
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    1/2 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. raw rice
    2 cans tomato sauce
    1 3/4 c. hot water
    1 tsp. mustard (if you like)
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Melt fat in skillet.
    Add onion, green pepper, beef and rice; stir over high heat until lightly browned.
    Add tomato sauce and remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Bring quickly to a boil.
    Cover tightly; simmer for 25 minutes.
