Green Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    14 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. cooked green beans
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. cream
    1 c. milk
    1 c. chicken broth
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. grated Swiss
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter.
    Mix in flour.
    Add cream, milk, broth, salt and pepper.
    Cook over low heat until mixture thickens.
    Stir in cheese.
    When melted, add green beans.
    Pour mixture into casserole dish; sprinkle with cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
