Chicken Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. sour cream
    noodles
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1/2 c. minced onions
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 can chicken broth
Preparation
    Cut chicken into bite size pieces; dust with flour and a dash of salt.
    Brown in butter in a skillet large enough to accommodate all ingredients.
    When nicely browned, add mushrooms, onions, garlic and chicken broth.
    Cook slowly on low heat, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
    Cool for 5 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Serve over noodles.
