Soy Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken (do not cut up)
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. soy sauce
Preparation

In a wok or Dutch oven, mix sugar and soy sauce; heat to boiling.
Add chicken, baste with sauce and return to boiling. Lower heat to medium, cover and cook for 20 to 25 minutes, turning and basting chicken every 5 minutes.
Remove chicken to platter and serve sauce at the table.
