Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small pkg. corn bread mix (your favorite, baked according to instructions, 8-inch)
1 small can Spam or 8 oz. chopped ham
1 (15 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) whole grain corn or 15 oz. Niblets, drained
1 buffet size sweet peas (small), drained
seasoning salt and pepper to taste
8 slices bacon
4 bell peppers, medium to large, cut in half
Preparation

Bake and crumble corn bread.
Chop ham into small cubes.
Mash or cut up tomatoes.
Add drained peas, corn, ham and corn bread; mix well.
Partially cook bacon.
