1 lb. Jimmy Dean hot pork sausage
1 lb. extra sharp cheddar cheese
4 c. Pioneer biscuit mix
1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Shred cheddar cheese. Break up sausage into small bits.
Mix sausage, cheese, biscuit mix, and milk with large spoon. Using tablespoon, spoon out small amounts of biscuit mix onto ungreased baking pan, approx. 1 to 2 inches apart.
Bake at 450\u00b0 on center rack until lightly golden brown.
