Cherry Cheesecake Miniatures - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    24 vanilla wafers
    cherry pie filling
Preparation
    Beat softened cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice and vanilla until light and fluffy.
    Line muffin tins with cupcake liners and place vanilla wafer in bottom of each liner.
    Fill 2/3 full of cream cheese mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until set.
    Let cool.
    Top with about 1 tablespoon cherry pie filling.
    Chill.
