Korean Hamburger Patties - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. bean sprouts, cooked
1/2 (20 oz.) block tofu
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. green onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. roasted sesame seed
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. shoyu
1 egg
2 Tbsp. sesame oil
1/8 tsp. m.s.g.
Preparation

Chop bean sprouts into 1/2-inch lengths.
Squeeze out excess water.
Set aside.
Squeeze tofu with cheesecloth to remove water. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
Mix well.
Make patties using 1/4 cup mixture for each patty.
(Recipe makes 14 patties.) Fry in skillet with a little oil.
