Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (4 oz.) pkg. flat noodles
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 Tbsp. flour
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. red wine
1 (10 oz.) can beef bouillon
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook noodles as directed on package; drain.
Saute onion, garlic and mushrooms in butter until golden brown.
Add ground beef and cook until brown.
Remove from heat.
Stir in flour and tomato sauce.
Add wine, bouillon, salt and pepper.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Add sour cream, stirring until mixed.
