Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal (or plain meal and baking powder)
    3/4 c. cooking oil
    1/2 can cream-style corn
    1 container sour cream or milk
    2 eggs
    3 peppers, chopped
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except half of the cheese and put it on top.
    Bake until brown.
