Hot Bacon Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 strips bacon, diced and fried to a crisp
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    1/3 c. catsup
    1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
    2 green onions, finely chopped (1 Tbsp.)
Preparation
    Heat all together and taste.
    Add more vinegar for sourer taste, more sugar for sweeter.
    Served hot over fresh spinach.
