1 pkg. scalloped potatoes
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 1/2 c. water
1 pkg. sliced pepperoni
1 pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Empty potato slices and packet of seasoned sauce mix into ungreased 2-quart casserole dish.
Heat tomatoes and water to boiling; stir into potatoes.
Arrange pepperoni and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake, uncovered, 30 to 35 minutes.
You can substitute 1/2 pound ground beef, browned and drained, or 1/2 pound sausage.
