Adelle Payne'S Holiday Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh cranberries
    2 apples (Rome variety)
    2 oranges
    1 lemon
    2 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Wash and sort cranberries, removing stems and soft berries. Peel, core and quarter apples.
    Cut oranges and lemon into quarters, removing seeds and pithy centers.
    Put cranberries, oranges and lemon through food chopper, using the medium blade. For the apples, use a coarser blade.
    Add sugar, stirring until all ingredients are evenly mixed.
    Chill before serving.
    Store in refrigerator.
    Makes 1 1/2 quarts.
