Hamburger Casserole - Chinese Style - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
1 pkg. frozen peas, thawed
2 c. celery, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 Tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 large can Chinese noodles
Preparation

Layer browned beef, thawed peas and celery. Mix milk, onion, pepper and salt in soup. Pour over top of casserole. Top with noodles. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes until thoroughly hot.
