Chuck Wagon Mac Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. oil
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 pkg. Kraft macaroni and cheese dinner
2 c. whole kernel corn, drained
2 c. tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Prepare Kraft dinner according to package.
Put in bottom of casserole dish.
Brown meat and drain.
In oil saute celery, green pepper and onion until tender.
Add to meat and layer on top of macaroni and cheese.
Layer corn.
Salt and pepper.
Pour tomatoes and tomato paste over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0.
Serves 6.
