Orange Cream Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small cans pineapple tidbits, well drained
    1 (16 oz.) can peach slices, well drained
    1 (16 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
    2 medium yellow apples, chopped
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
    3/4 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Combine all fruits in a large bowl and set aside.
    In a smaller bowl combine pudding, milk and orange juice.
    Beat until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes.
    Beat in sour cream.
    Fold into fruit mixture.
    Cover and chill until ready to serve.
