Peach Kuchen - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 lb. butter or margarine
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 Tbsp. milk

Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients together, then add butter.
Mix together egg and milk and add to above.
Press in sides and bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
