Swedish Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 c. walnut or pecan pieces
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together by hand.
Bake in 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Let cool.
Top with Cream Cheese Frosting.
