German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    2 red onions
    2 red (sweet) peppers
    1/4 to 1/2 c. wine vinegar
    2 tsp. chili sauce
    1 Tbsp. bacon bits
    1/2 tsp. each: basil, parsley, chives and oregano
    1 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Slice potatoes thick and boil until almost soft but not mushy. Drain water and set potatoes aside, covered.
    Slice peppers and onions.
    Lightly saute in a little oil.
    Mix vinegar, chili sauce and spices.
    Mix potatoes, onions and peppers and blend with vinegar/spice mixture.
    Top with bacon bits.
