Florida Lime Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1/3 c. lime juice
1 to 2 tsp. lime zest
3 eggs, separated
Preparation

Mix well milk, lime juice, zest and egg yolks.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Bake in baked pie crust for 30 minutes at 250\u00b0 until knife comes out clean.
Cool.
Top with whipped cream.
