Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. salad oil
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated raw zucchini (pack into cup)
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
Preparation
    Combine oil, eggs, sugar, zucchini and vanilla in large mixing bowl.
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Stir into wet mixture.
    Do not beat but blend well.
    Stir in nuts and spoon batter into 2 well greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
