Roast Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 4 lb. pork roast
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. freshly grated ginger
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except pork, in dish or Ziploc bag. Mix to blend.
    Add pork and cover tightly.
    Marinate 2 hours or overnight.
    Roast at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours, basting frequently with marinade.
