Apple Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. fat melted
1 c. apple pulp
oil for frying
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together. Combine the beaten eggs, milk and melted fat. Add gradually to dry ingredients, stirring only until batter is smooth. Add fruit pulp and drop by spoonfuls into oil heated 365\u00b0 to 370\u00b0. Remove when light brown on both sides (need to flip) about 2 minutes. Drain on absorbent paper. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
