Light Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. water
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. Crisco, melted
    3 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Warm milk and water.
    Put in a bowl; then stir in yeast.
    Let set until yeast is dissolved.
    Stir in salt, sugar, egg, Crisco and 2 cups flour.
    Let rise a few minutes; then knead in 1 1/2 cups flour.
    Let dough rise until light; then make into small rolls in a 9 x 12-inch pan; let rise again until light.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
