Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4-6 slices whole wheat bread
    1 pound hot sausage
    1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    paprika
Preparation
    Tear up bread and place in a 13 x 9 inch pyrex dish.
    Brown sausage, drain well.
    Mash up sausage and spoon over bread; sprinkle with cheese.
    Beat together eggs, milk and seasonings and pour over sausage/cheese mixture.
    Let sit overnight in the refrigerator.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Serves 6.
