Pecan Stuffed Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 hard-boiled eggs
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. vinegar (sweet pickle juice)
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. minced parsley
Preparation
-
Slice eggs lengthwise.
Remove yolks.
Mash yolks with fork. Add balance of ingredients.
Spoon mixture into whites.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
Sprinkle on grated pecans for garnish.
