Ham, Cheese And Sausage Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 slices sandwich style wheat bread, cubed
3/4 lb. cubed ham
3/4 lb. cooked sausage
1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, cut into small pieces
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated (may use other cheese)
6 eggs
3 c. milk
1 tsp. seasoning (your choice)
Preparation

Grease 9 x 13-inch glass pan.
Spread half bread cubes evenly in dish.
Add ham, sausage and cheeses.
Add rest of bread.
Mix eggs, milk and seasoning.
Pour evenly over souffle.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
Let stand a few minutes before cutting.
