Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. butter
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and butter.
    Press into bottom of a 9-inch spring-form pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce oven temperature to 300\u00b0.
    Combine softened cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar and juice, mixing until well blended.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one.
    Pour mixture over crust.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
    Combine sour cream, vanilla and sugar. Spread carefully over cheese cake.
    Continue baking for 10 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan.
    Cool before removing rims of pan. Chill.
