Cheesy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. grated cheese (Cheddar)
    8 oz. sour cream
    2 lb. bag frozen diced hash browns, thawed
    1 c. diced onion
    1 stick butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. parsley
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Mix together; place in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
